"My dryer went on Wednesday, I called on Thursday, it was fixed by Friday (they could have come Thurs but I wasn't available!). Extremely fast service, very pleasant and made sure they knew the model of my machine first so they could have all the parts they might need to fix it so they didn't have to come back again. Best part is the small time frame window they gave me, so I didn't have to wait around for 6-8 hours for their guy to arrive.

"After a bad start to the spring/summer season with one unexpected financial expense after another my dryer decided it needed a new belt, it didn't tumble and I had a couple of loads of wet laundry and a rainy day. I called Walters and Sarah was so nice and understanding, she said she would call the technician to see if he had the correct part with him and she called me back to say he did and that he would be here between 5 and 7pm.

"Completely satisfied with our experience with Walters Appliance - courteous, professional, and prompt! Called them out to fix our dishwasher and calls were returned promptly. Sarah was very polite and courteous, and kept us updated as to the status of the technician. He came out and said we just needed a new dishwasher (we figured as ours was over 10 years old, but wanted a professional opinion)...no beating around the bush trying to get you
